We are currently experiencing high claim volumes relating to Storm Dudley and Storm Eunice. Please refer to the below FAQs to assist with any enquiries relating to your claim, or for contacting us.
Our surveyor has been appointed to complete a non-intrusive survey of the damage to your property in order to determine whether your claim is covered under your Insurance policy. The surveyor will not undertake any repairs during the visit, but should be able to confirm the outcome of the claim directly to you during the visit.
We recommend doing everything you can to secure your home and make watertight. If you engage with a local contractor to complete temporary or permanent repairs, please ensure that you or your contractor take photos of the damage before the repair and that you keep any invoices or receipts. If your claim is valid we will reimburse reasonable costs for these repairs.
